Abstract	The article deals with the topical issues of euthanasia as a component of the right to life. Problematic issues of euthanasia legalization identified according to philosophical, moral, medical, common law, criminal law aspects of its application. Author concluded about inadmissibility of the use the euthanasia in Ukraine.
